Utilize fresh summer ingredients to make contemporary California cuisine. You will also learn how to pair what you make with tasty California wines.

Learn the secrets of perfect homemade pizza and try your hand at tossing dough and mixing up toppings alongside your guide. Going over all the ins and outs and learning the best wines to pair with all the 'za. After cooking, sit down and enjoy your pizza accompanied by two side dishes.

Southern Comfort Dinner - July 22 from 6 to 8pm

The South is were Summer starts in May, Y'all is a proper pronoun and Mac & cheese is a vegetable. We will get down to the basics here and learn how to make a few of the Deep South’s most iconic dishes...our way. Maybe you didn’t grow up there, but we will help you by showing you some of our favorites.

Preserving and canning is an art form that is slowly becoming a thing of the past now that you can buy everything at the supermarket. This class will be covering how to preserve your farmers market, supermarket, or CSA pickings. Pickling, preserving, and pressure canning will be covered.
