Testimonials

I don't have anything but positive things to say about Cork & Knife Provisions! I had Katie as my day-of coordinator, but her communication from the beginning was top notch. She was available for texts, phone calls, and emails whenever I had questions, and she would always respond promptly. In addition, whenever my fiance and I needed vendor recommendations, she was able to help us with stellar recommendations, from our florist to the DJ, and even the string lights and table linens. We can't thank Katie enough for helping our big day go so smoothly. Most of all, I appreciate that her team was professional, kept to the time schedule, and stayed calm no matter what issues came up. It was easily one of the best decisions my fiance and I could have made to help us through the wedding planing process. Thank you for keeping us sane!

The food at our wedding in Northern Michigan was incredibly important to us, which is why we turned to Joseph Jacobsen of Cork & Knife Provisions for the event. From the very beginning, he made the process so simple and streamlined – it was honestly the most stress-free part of the entire wedding planning adventure.
He catered our rehearsal dinner, as well as the appetizers for the wedding cocktail hour, and the wedding dinner for 180 guests. He and his team were a dream to work with. They were professional and responsive, and they executed incredible, delicious, and beautiful meals – months later, family and friends still talk about how great the food was, many exclaiming that it’s the best wedding meal they’ve ever had - and we agree!
We highly recommend Cork & Knife Provisions for any and all catering and event needs – you won’t be disappointed!
