Cork & Knife Provisions opened its’ doors in October of 2020. The result of a wild idea during quarantine. Event coordinator, Katie Fruzynski and husband, Chef Joseph Jacobsen, saw an opportunity to bring together their years of vast experience in these industries and create something new and special that the Toledo area was missing. By combining Chef Joseph’s refined cuisine with Katie’s warm hospitality, Cork & Knife Provisions is able to provide a true uniqueness to each concept and event. Curating every menu and every event to each client.
