Kids Pizzeria Class

Kids Pizzeria Class - THIS CLASS IS FOR KIDS ONLY, AGES 7 to 12.

Fundamentals of making pizza from scratch. During the class, kids will learn the proper way to roll and toss pizza, as well as important lessons, such as the less-is-more concept as it applies to topping a pizza, as well as explore fun flavor combinations. Each child will get to make authentic Italian pizzas or calzones. Part 1: Organization

The kids will learn about mis en place and proper techniques to use when prepping and organizing toppings. They will get tossing stations prepped, the pizza stones floured, and the paddles ready. Part 2: Rolling and Tossing

The kids will how easy it is to make pizza dough. They will learn rolling and how to toss the dough—as well as why we toss the dough other than it being fun!

Part 3: Toppings

The kids will learn how to swirl the sauce and get to top their pizzas.

Part 4: Baking the Pizzas

While their personal pizza creations bake, the kids will play a fun game or two emphasizing what they just learned. Then they will get to DIG IN and taste their masterpieces.
