Talkin' Tomatoes Cooking Class

This is not your typical cooking class. We are taking a casual interactive approach to your typical cooking class stucture. We want you to work on your skills, catch up with friends. 

Chef & Team will cover various cooking skills and how to work with tomatoes for various dishes: Pizza, pasta, salad, soup, etc. What tomatoes do you use for what dishes? All the basics and so much more. 

Katie will be walking you through making your choice (between 2 different) tomato cocktails. *We can absolutely do a mocktail instead for anyone who prefers.

Drink some drinks, eat, chat and learn some solid tomato skills. 

With your ticket you get:

• A packet with cooking info, tips, tricks and recipes
• Some lessons, demos and 1-on-1s with chef as he walks around during skills sessions.
• A welcome bite, salad, pasta and/or pizza course, other various nibbles that chef loves, and a tomato dessert. You will not leave hungry. 
• Tomato cocktail/mocktail from demo
• A ridiculously fun evening.

There will be a full beverage and bar menu with drinks for purchase that night.
